Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of RupeeBeat, a software service operated by Code2Codes ("we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in or using the website or app you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Last updated: 8 November 2026.

1. The service

RupeeBeat provides software to record loans, schedule and collect repayments in the field, reconcile cash and view reports. Features depend on the plan chosen. We may improve, change or retire features with reasonable notice.

The service is a tool. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, payment aggregator or collection agency, we do not lend or hold money, and we are not a party to any loan between a Customer and its borrower.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Accounts are created by Code2Codes or by a Customer's admin. Keep your phone number and password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us at once of any misuse. One agent account is bound to one device unless an admin resets it.

3. Plans, fees and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. There is no online payment in the service. To start or upgrade a plan you send a request on WhatsApp or email; the plan is activated after we receive payment (cash or bank transfer) and we issue a GST invoice or receipt.

The free trial lasts 30 days and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Fees are for the period paid, are non-transferable and, except where law requires or we agree in writing, are non-refundable once the period starts. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. If payment is overdue we may limit or suspend the workspace after notice; your data stays available for export as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

You own the data you enter. You give us a limited licence to host, process and back it up solely to provide the service. You promise that you have the right to enter it, that you have given borrowers any notice and obtained any consent the law requires, and that you will use the service lawfully, including the RBI Digital Lending Directions and Fair Practices Code, the Banking Regulation Act, state money-lenders acts, the Information Technology Act, the DPDP Act, and any rules that apply to your business, licence or registration. Compliance of your lending and recovery practices is your responsibility; the software does not make an unlicensed business lawful.

You will not use the service for harassment or unlawful recovery practices, to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another company's data, to probe or disrupt the service, to reverse engineer it, or to resell it without our written permission.

5. Soft deletion, audit and monitoring

Deleted records are soft-deleted and may be restored by Code2Codes. Actions in the service are recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited. We may review logs to support you, keep the service secure, and investigate misuse. Code2Codes support staff may view or correct a Customer's data at the Customer's request.

6. Intellectual property

The RupeeBeat name, logo, software, design and content belong to Code2Codes or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and events beyond our control may cause downtime. Support is provided on WhatsApp and email during business hours in India. The mobile app can queue collections offline and sync later; you must ensure agents sync before closing the day.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Calculations (interest, penalties, allocation) follow the settings you configure; you must verify that those settings match your loan agreements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss caused by cash handled by your staff. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as for fraud.

10. Indemnity

You will compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, or a claim by a borrower or regulator about your lending or recovery practices.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time by telling us in writing. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, or risk to other customers, with notice where practicable. On termination your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by nature should survive (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

12. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to settle any dispute by good-faith discussion for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by Code2Codes with the other party's consent (failing which as the Act provides), seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in English. Subject to that, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Electronic contract and notices

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical or digital signature. Notices to you may be given in the app, by WhatsApp, SMS or email to the contact details on your account; notices to us go to kowsikc2c@gmail.com.

14. General

If a provision is unenforceable the rest stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement on this subject, and a signed order or agreement with us prevails over them where it conflicts. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date is acceptance, and we will give existing Customers notice of material changes. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
