How to request deletion

• Send a message from your registered phone to WhatsApp +91 90424 77789, or email kowsikc2c@gmail.com from your registered address, with the subject "Delete my RupeeBeat data".
• Include your name, your registered phone number and your company name. We may ask you to confirm from the registered number so no one can delete your account by pretending to be you.
• Company admins can ask us to delete the whole company workspace; individual staff can ask for their own account to be deleted (their admin is informed, because collection history belongs to the company).
• We confirm within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login account, name, phone number, device binding and language settings.
• If a whole company is deleted: its borrowers, loans, collections, reports and settings, first exportable to the company admin for 30 days on request.
• Marketing/enquiry data you gave us in the demo form.

What we may keep, and why

• Financial and billing records we must keep under tax and company law (up to 8 years).
• Audit-log entries and collection records that show a transaction took place, in anonymised form where possible, so the finance company and its borrowers keep a reliable record and disputes can be resolved.
• Data needed to establish or defend a legal claim or to comply with a lawful order.
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 35 days.

Borrowers

If you are a borrower, your data was entered by your finance company. Please ask that company to correct or delete it; you can also write to us and we will pass the request on and help them act on it.
